"Dexanne's passion for providing care to our patients is clearly evidenced in each of the many, key initiatives she has successfully directed during her tenure at HealthSouth," said HealthSouth Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Tarr. "She has led our hospitals through almost one million patient discharges with dedication and compassion. We are grateful for her continued service to the HealthSouth team."
